Although we have only recently begun our services as a privately held, BOI-approved firm in Sri Lanka, we have had 15 years of fruitful experience in the industry in Saudi Arabia. In 1999, NEMRA was first established as “Capital Bay Contracting” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By the year 2007, Capital Bay was one of the leading companies in the Interior Fit-Out business. Due to the dynamic developments occurring in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, there was an increase in demands for construction from the already existing wide range of client base. As a result, Capital Bay Contracting expanded its Construction Department by recruiting a diverse range of Engineers and Architects to add to the existing team of professionals, and invested in the necessary equipment to serve the demands of construction. With this expansion and investment, the company earned a desirable reputation and became popular as the ‘go-to’ place for all construction needs in Saudi Arabia.
