This mixed development project is a joint venture between Abans and Next Story Group from Singapore. CCC is worth USD 180 million and has bagged multiple awards within a short period of time, including \u2018Mall of the Year\u2019 and \u2018Asia\u2019s Greatest Brand\u2019 title.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, this new mall offers much more than what any Sri Lankan folk would have dared to expect from the usual Liberty Plaza, Majestic City and Crescat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two sections in the Food Studio. One is the indoor area, ideal for get-togethers, business meetings or even a date.
