We are delighted to share that we recently had the honor of meeting with Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe, the esteemed Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), to present our Real Estate Market Outlook report for 2023. The meeting proved to be a highly productive one, in which we did a presentation on the current state of the real estate industry in Sri Lanka and engaged in a fruitful dialogue where we gave suggestions that uplift the real estate industry by contributing to its growth and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Dr. Weerasinghe, we also had the privilege of interacting with the Assistant Governors of CBSL’s Economic Research Department and Statistics Department. During these interactions, we had a constructive exchange of ideas and perspectives which we believe will contribute significantly to our ongoing efforts to support the development of the real estate industry in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are committed to continuing our efforts to make meaningful contributions to the real estate industry in Sri Lanka and look forward to further collaborations with CBSL and other industry stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
