Furthermore, there will be a higher number of properties outside of Colombo featured here as well, whilst apartments can be reserved on the spot by paying Rs. 100K upwards. Quite notably, this year\u2019s event will also offer property buyers free furniture worth 1 million, and free air tickets through participating developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the above benefits, some of the banks at the venue will be offering special discounted rates for anyone who takes out a loan during the show.
