We thank all the customers who believed us and supported us when we started our 1<sup>st<\/sup> project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have two ongoing projects. \u00a0The Mount Residences apartment at No-08, Siripala Road, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lankapropertyweb.com\/area\/mount-lavinia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Mount Lavinia<\/a><\/strong> is near in completion. This project is an identical to our 1<sup>st<\/sup> project. Many customers who bought apartments from our Mount Melody Apartment also bought apartments from our Mount Residences apartment. This shows the customer satisfaction of our customers towards of our quality of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sea Breeze apartment at No-59, Moor Road, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lankapropertyweb.com\/area\/colombo\/colombo-6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Wellawatte<\/a><\/strong> is expected to be completed in December 2018. It is finest location in the heart of Wellawatte with a good sea view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aston residency will be our 4<sup>th<\/sup> project. It is located at the heart of the Colombo city at the baseline road, walking distance from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lankapropertyweb.com\/area\/colombo\/colombo-5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Kirulapone<\/a><\/strong> junction. Customers can enjoy a peaceful environment together with all required facilities such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, fresh markets, super markets, places of worship, banks etc nearby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aston residency is a wonderful opportunity for residential and investment purpose. It is only 24 units project with swimming pool, gym and many facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have planned to start our 5<sup>th<\/sup> project, Adria Condo at No-09 and 11, De Alwis Avenue in March 2018. &nbsp;Adria Condo will be situated in the prime location in the Mount Lavinia city. Mount Lavinia is a well attracted tourist destination in Sri Lanka.
