JPKL is a trusted name in the construction and selling residential apartments in Colombo and suburb areas of Colombo including Mount Lavinia. Our management and technical team is headed by Mr. K. Kiritharan who is an engineer by profession graduated from University of Peradenia, Sri Lanka and have more than 20 years’ experience in Sri Lanka and Singapore. We had obtained COC of our first project, The Mount Melody apartment at 2B, Siripala Road, Mount Lavinia within three months of completion of the project. Deeds were issued already. All 22 unists were sold. This project was a tremendous success. We thank all the customers who believed us and supported us when we started our 1^st project.

We have two ongoing projects.  The Mount Residences apartment at No-08, Siripala Road, Mount Lavinia is near in completion. This project is an identical to our 1^st project. Many customers who bought apartments from our Mount Melody Apartment also bought apartments from our Mount Residences apartment. This shows the customer satisfaction of our customers towards of our quality of work.

The Sea Breeze apartment at No-59, Moor Road, Wellawatte is expected to be completed in December 2018. It is finest location in the heart of Wellawatte with a good sea view.

Aston residency will be our 4^th project. It is located at the heart of the Colombo city at the baseline road, walking distance from Kirulapone junction. Customers can enjoy a peaceful environment together with all required facilities such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, fresh markets, super markets, places of worship, banks etc nearby.

Aston residency is a wonderful opportunity for residential and investment purpose. It is only 24 units project with swimming pool, gym and many facilities.

We have planned to start our 5^th project, Adria Condo at No-09 and 11, De Alwis Avenue in March 2018.  Adria Condo will be situated in the prime location in the Mount Lavinia city. Mount Lavinia is a well attracted tourist destination in Sri Lanka. Popular St. Thomas College, Mount Lavinia is walking distance from our Adria Condo.
