Expected monthly rent is Rs 225,000. Tax of 20.5 will be added to the rent. If you are a VAT registered company, you will be able to claim back 18%. Security deposit will be equivalent of six months rent, and 12 months rent in advance is expected. However, these terms can be negotiated, depending on client and duration initially taken.
