We have a newly built Architect designed house in Balangoda we'd like to offer on lease terms as a company maintained holiday bungalow.

It's actually an eco setting in the village suited for a small family (Can accommodate six adults but four is comfortable) or an individual or couple working remotely (online). Well suited as a holiday bungalow of a medium sized company.

The house is situated on one acre of tea land which will be maintained by myself (the owner).

Pls note thar the house still has some final work to be completed and we estimate roughly four to six weeks, after confirmation or approval of a lease agreement.

Getting there:
The property is located about 3km interior (bus route) from the Rathmalawinna junction off the Badulla/Bandarawela main road.

Lease rental:
LKR 195,000 per month (negotiable)
