• Publishing of name boards/Banners/pennants/Etc. is permitted in the allotted area of the building by the lessee provided that the cost of such and the applicable local authority approvals and charges are obtained/borne by the lessee.
• Up to LKR 25,000/- repairs to be borne by the lessee.

• Lessor will insure the building and the A/C units for Fire, Lightening and theft and the lessee should insure all its fixtures & Fittings, Electrical items of value, stocks and other applicable items.
• An interest of AWPLR +4% will be charged on any rents in arrears more than 14 days from the day it’s due.
