2. Capacity may change based on workspace dimensions.
3. Workstations/ergonomic furniture/conference kit can be amended on clients requirement.
4. LKR 75,000 per seat (negotiable).
5. 3 Month Security Deposit refundable at end of tenure.
7. Monthly rental payment.
8. Terms of contract: 3-5 years.
9. Lock in period- mirrors term of contract
10. Taxes : As per Port City Act/regulation

Tenants will be eligible for AP (port city licences) in order to operate the work space - which can be processed and managed from our side.
