The Rental Terms are as follows:

- Minimum stay of 1 year (however short and long term stays are welcome at different rates).

- Monthly rent of Rs. 50,000.00 (different rates apply depending on duration of your stay).

- Monthly maintenance fees of Rs. 1,500 and utility bills are paid separately.

- A rent deposit of three months is required with one month in advance.
