ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES

o Oversee Daily Operations and Ensuring Employed Staff/Caretakers are performing as expected
o Ensuring General Upkeep of the Property.
o Ensuring Utility Bills are Paid and Maintained
o Updating Inventories as and when needed
o Managing Repairs, Upgrades & Renovations; Experienced Workmen will be provided with detailed Quotations for Approval.

➤ Tenants / Guests Management
o Ensuring a Secure Lease Agreement is drawn to safe guard both parties
o Setting & Collecting Rent
o Ensuring Viewings are taken place in an orderly and scheduled method
o Ensuring a Smooth & Peace of Mind transition during the Start and the End of the Lease.
o Support & Ensuring a healthy relationship between the landlord and Tenant.
o Background & Credit Checks
o Managing Evictions

➤ Managing Finances & Budgets
o Timely Collection of Rent and Making Bank Transfers to Desired Bank Accounts.
o Monthly Statements
o Detailed Individual Reservation Statements.

➤ Evaluating Market Value and assisting with Property Sale.
